MY STORY
Creating a Small Flower Farm
Hi, please let me introduce myself, my name is Mattie Kahn, and I purchased this property in 2019. I wasn't quite sure what I was going to do with it at first, but about three years ago I decided to try to grow and sell flowers. So I set out to build a place full of flowers and happy things to make people smile. Each year I have added to my growing area and expanded on things here at my farm. Please continue on the journey with me.
About Federal Hill Farm
We are growing plants and flowers, holding workshops, and have Photo Venues staged for you to take photos here at Federal Hill Farm.
Roadside Stand
The stand will open in May 2024, for the season, the date will be announced. Our roadside stand has been moved up into the circular driveway for the winter. The stand features seasonal merchandise that changes throughout the year.
Events and Workshops
Mother's Day Picks will be held on May 4th & 5th. This year we are adding events and workshops as they fill up. Stay tuned because there are big plans for the spring!
Staged Areas for Photoshoots
Our staged areas are closed for the season. We will see you in the spring!
U-Pick Flowers
Also closed this year due to the excessive rain we have had was our u-pick flower area. We already have a new plan for next year so stay tuned. We will see you in the spring!
Seasonal Merchandise
We are in full swing with getting the farm ready for Spring! We will have bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, swags, and other gift items. We also accept custom orders.
