Please come into the farm on the driveway side that runs up the side of the barn, not the front of the barn or the side towards the house. If you enter on the side in front of the barn--please go to the left, and not towards the house.

Go up the road towards the old truck--please parallel park, it is best to back in to the rock wall, not pull in. It will make it easier for you to get out.

If the event is an outdoor event, if the weather is bad the event will be rescheduled. You will be contacted to choose from times available to reschedule. If there is no time available that you can attend, then your money will be refunded in full. Once we start to accumulate snow, the photo venues are not accessible. In that case all money paid will be refunded in full. Events in the barn will be held unless it is awfully bad and unsafe to drive.  In this case we will reschedule if possible. 

Please remember, this is a farm. The barn is not heated nor air conditioned. The terrain is rocky and if it has rained it will be muddy. If it is warm enough there are bugs, ticks, and critters about. It is your responsibility to dress appropriately for the weather and terrain. Wear bug spray to stop bites. Federal Hill Farm will not be held responsible for any accidents or issues arising from visiting the farm. By paying for your appointment, you are accepting responsibility for anything that may happen and releasing Federal Hill Farm and it's owner from any liability.
